Training

Women of all ages and fitness levels are very welcome. It's great if you've played before, but we can teach you if you are a complete beginner.

We currently train alongside the men on Monday and Wednesdays from 7.30pm until 9pm in the middle of Millwall Park.

Training later in August and throughout the season will include theory (laws/rules, tactics, etc) as well as practice (tackling the opposition, passing the ball, etc).
